In addition to complying with all governing legislation and regulations, we will strictly adhere to performance standards set by private contractors or ourselves in order to continually enhance safe, healthy working conditions and eliminate hazards. The implementation of corporate policy relating to health and safety standards reduces risk to people, the environment, equipment and production.

All managers, supervisors, workers and sub-contractors of Terracon McKay are committed to and accountable for the minimization of health and safety risks through the systematic application of Loss Management practices in the operation of projects of Terracon McKay Ltd.
