Luciann brings her extensive organizational knowledge, operational expertise, and a collaborative leadership approach to the role. Since joining Terracon in 2012, Luciann has worked closely with teams across Operational Support, Lab, Field Services, Finance, Onboarding, and Fleet, supporting efficient operations and strong cross‑functional alignment. Her ability to take ownership, drive process improvements, and support teams has established her as a trusted leader within the organization.

Luciann’s dedication to Terracon’s SITE value has been recognized in being awarded the Lee Nichols Award for Excellence. In her current role, she is focused on strengthening operational consistency, supporting team performance, and advancing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Outside of work, Luciann enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling.
