Recognizing 'SITE' Values in Action

Lee Nichols founded Terracon in 1983 and built a culture that reflected his own values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, and Entrepreneurism (SITE). Lee continues that important work today at Terracon as a Director, Chair of the Board Emeritus, and a Senior Technical Advisor.  We created the Lee Nichols Award to honour his legacy and our people who exemplify Lee's vision and those SITE values.  Its an important recognition of the importance of living our SITE values.
